We aim to ensure that delay through lack of affordability does not determine a worse outcome for the patient.

When completing the application form you will need to provide supporting documents. During the process of your online application, please ensure to email to info@mindbodyeds.org.uk supporting clinical letter(s) from your registered practitioner in order for your application to be considered. If you fail to upload these supporting documents, your application will NOT be considered.
